We use the Parents' Evening System to manage booking appointments at parents' evenings. You can view this here or via the Remote Login page.

 

Using the parents' evening system for meetings

To use the parent booking video appointment software, you will need:

• a device with a microphone and speaker (can be a smartphone, tablet, laptop or PC but we recommend a smartphone with headphones).
• a compatible web browser (safari, Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge).

Please note that there is no requirement to use the 'video' function, you can just use the microphone. 

All appointments will be 5 minutes long with a 1 minute break between each appointment. Therefore appointments cannot start or end outside of the meeting time.
